Our main products are Lifestyle Interior for Living, Dining, Bedding , Accessories and Decorative Lightings with emphasis in Tropical Taste. We do indoor furniture as well as outdoor. Materials. We use rattan cores, rattan peels, kubu, veneer, grass, iron, other natural materials, solid teak wood , teak veneer, and other hardwood. For cushions, we use both granular and full foam. Factory Buildings. We have 1 rattan factory, 1 wood factory and 1 lamp factory all integrated in a single area. Area. The measurement of our land area is 50000 m2 and 35000m2 for our building area. Production Capacity. We produce 70 40"HC containers / month. Our full capacity is 100 40"HC containers / month. Export Realization. We can get 50 - 60 HC containers / month as our export realization. Production Lead Time. For rattan, our production lead time is 4-6 weeks after the order is confirmed. For wood, our production lead time is 6-8 weeks after confirmation. Export Destination. We export to Asia, Europe, USA, Australia,  Middle east and South Africa. Type of Customers. Our customer are biggest retail group in France, biggest retail group in Germany, biggest trading group in Holland, Stylish retail chains both in USA and Europe. Year in Business. We have been in this business for 13 years. Price. Our standart price is FOB Jakarta / Tanjung Priok Sea Port. Packaging . We use wrapping paper or carton box as our packaging system. Payment. We receive L/C at sight & irrevocable; +/- 10% on quantity / amount or 40% Down Payment as by telegraphic transfer Kiln Dry Room. We have 11 chambers of 400 m3 capacity each batch. Certification.
